Couples who book with us can select from multiple stress-free wedding packages, making it simple for lovebirds to create magical memories. From ceremony only to ceremony & reception day of wedding coordination packages that will help make your affair a day to remember.
We have worked all parts of a wedding, from setting up the wedding, serving food, decorating, and tearing down. We will utilize this experience to help you create your special day. I know what goes into pulling off the perfect wedding and I know what needs to be done to make your day stress free.
You know your wedding will be of the upmost importance to us and we will always be available to answer questions and provide guidance.
Coordination Packages
Ceremony Only
Complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 1hour.
Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly.
Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract.
Timeline creation and wedding day “game plan” distributed to vendors. – we keep everyone in check!
Complete walk-through of ceremony site with couple.
Rehearsal coordination in cooperation with officiant.
Vendor management – we will review all vender contracts and coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your vendor form for your ceremony portion and confirm their arrival times, get insurance info, confirm services booked, and any other important details.
Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with any questions or concerns!
Cross-check venue set up, making sure ceremony and reception are set to perfection. Fixing any errors that may come up.
Distribute bouquets & pin corsages to the bridal party, attendants & family members.
Help move Bridal Party from bridal suites to ceremony area.
Assist the bridal party with how & when to walk down the aisle.
Assist with bridal party and family for photographs ~ things could get crazy and they may need some guidance, we will be there to help if needed.
Set-up and styling of all ceremony only wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Hand fasting ropes, sand ceremony items, candles, etc.)
Retain the marriage license for the officiant.
Most importantly, FULL access to the Wedding Day “Emergency Kit” ~ Trust us, it always comes in handy!
Ceremony & Reception
Complete wedding management and day-of execution for up to 6 hrs.
Rehearsal Coordination (Up to 1 hour)
Identify any missing pieces to the wedding day that may have been missed but are essential to run smoothly.
Unlimited contact via email from the time of contract.
Timeline creation and wedding day “game plan” distributed to vendors. – we keep everyone in check!
Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your vendor form and confirm their arrival times, get insurance info, meal counts, confirm services booked, and any other important details.
Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with any questions or concerns!
Cross-check venue set up, making sure ceremony and reception are set to perfection. Fixing any errors that may come up.
Distribute bouquets & pin corsages to the bridal party, attendants & family members.
Remind Best Man, Maid of Honor, Parents, and honored guests when they are about to give toasts.
Assist with bridal party and family for photographs.
Set-up and styling of all wedding elements ~ this is key to having your vision come to life! (Escort cards, favors, guest books, table numbers, photo booth props, DIY elements. This does not include any backdrops, balloon arrangements, or hanging items from the ceiling.
Distribute final payments & gratuities as needed to vendors.
Retain the marriage license for the officiant.
Retrieve wedding gifts/cards ~ we will monitor the flow of the card box and personally hand the cards to you at the end of the night.
Arrange for ALL your personal items are packed up and given to a designated family member, room, and/or vehicle.
