Two onsite visits to your venue & Rehearsal coordination (1 Hour)

Bridal workshops - Initial call to go over vendor details, second call to create your ceremony/reception & rehearsal timeline, & third call to finalize all details. These are done via call or zoom prior to the rehearsal & within four (4) weeks out from the day of your event.

Vendor management – we will coordinate with all contracted wedding vendors listed on your vendor form. We confirm their arrival/contracted times, get insurance info, meal counts, and all other details. Greet wedding vendors and be the point of contact the day of your wedding ~ this way no one is bothering you with any questions or concerns!

Cross-check venue set up, making sure ceremony and reception are set to perfection. This refers to item, chair, table placement, etc.
